I went for it tonight though, and we both loved it. It's cheap to make and healthy to eat - I suppose with the exception of the pasta, which if it's not good for the body, is at least great for the soul. Best of all, even though it's only February, it brought a fresh zing of flavor to our evening with the reminder that spring (and summer!) is indeed just around the corner.
I'm not skilled enough to take pictures of my own food. This is the Pioneer Woman's. I used Cavit Pinot Grigio both for the recipe and the pairing. Beautiful. |
